Misconceptions about Yog

There are some common misconceptions about Yoga at present. The first one relates to its etymology. The word “Yoga” has become popular these days. But it is wrongly spelt, as the actual word mentioned in our scriptures is “Yog,” and not “Yoga.”

  1. Yes ! Today I feel quenched as I have known the real meaning of Yoga. It's a great shame that most of so called Yogis who claim themselves as a true Yogi even don't know what true Yoga is. Thanks to Shree Kripalu Ji Maharaj and Swami Mukundanada to reveal us the true meaning of Yoga.
Now, I have understood that true Yoga means the Union between Soul and God, not the physical Asanas which have been regarded as Yoga by cheat Gurus. Now, I will try to connect the mind to God and His Area so that I can reap the real benefit of Yoga.

Thank you Shree Maharaj Ji and Swamiji!
